Refund Policy

Foundation Rugby is committed to delivering high-quality rugby coaching services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and rescheduling are handled for individual and group sessions.

1. Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session at no charge. A full refund will be provided if requested.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued unless due to medical or exceptional circumstances (proof may be required).

  • No-shows: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund.

2. Cancellations by the Coach

If a session is cancelled by the Coach due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable once started.

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice and must be used within [insert time period, e.g. 3 months] of purchase.

4. Weather Policy (for Outdoor Sessions)

  • Sessions may proceed in light rain or varied conditions at the Coach’s discretion.

  • In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the Client.
